Paytm is seeking a KAM -Manager - Paytm Ads for its Chennai location to join the digital advertising vertical. The Paytm Ads team provides innovative advertising solutions, connecting clients with over 300 million users across online and offline payment and retail services on the Paytm app, using transaction mapping for targeted campaigns. In this role, a normal day involves driving ad revenue, leading strategic conversations with clients, presenting solutions to industry leaders, building proposal pipelines, collaborating with delivery teams for campaign results, and sharing product feedback to enhance advertising performance.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions and adapt recommendations to client needs
- Own key business metrics including ads revenue and lead strategic client conversations
- Present advertising solutions to CXOs, media heads, brand managers, and agency partners
- Build a media brief pipeline and respond with customized pitches and proposals
- Work with campaign delivery and optimization teams to monitor and deliver results
- Lead initiatives requiring cross-team collaboration for innovative ad solutions
- Provide feedback to the product team to improve ad performance and customer experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing programs, categories, or business verticals
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional work experience
- Ability to deep-dive into problems with strong analytical and presentation skills
