Cohere Health is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead Technical Program Manager to join their team in Hyderabad. Cohere Health operates a clinical intelligence platform and agentic AI-powered solutions that connect health plans and providers to optimize care quality, cost, and speed. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team programs such as platform migrations, architectural modernization, reliability improvements, and major product launches. You will partner closely with engineering teams to define milestones, manage technical dependencies, and mitigate risks. A normal day involves participating in technical design discussions, running risk reviews, improving program transparency, standardizing launch rigor, and translating technical complexity into clear insights for executives. By driving these initiatives, you help strengthen execution systems and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals at a recognized healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team initiatives like platform migrations and major product launches.
• Define milestones, critical paths, and measurable success criteria for ambiguous initiatives.
• Identify and manage cross-team technical dependencies while proactively surfacing risks.
• Participate in technical design discussions and ensure early reviews and capacity planning.
• Establish tracking mechanisms to create transparency and standardize launch readiness.
• Provide concise executive updates and maintain decision logs for key initiatives.
• Assist the manager with information security activities implementation and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical or engineering program management in high-growth tech companies.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other pragmatic delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-team, multi-quarter technical initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency working closely with backend, infrastructure, data, or platform engineering teams.
• Proven track record of driving programs to completion in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent English communication skills.

Good to have

• Experience in platform engineering, infrastructure modernization, and GenAI integrations.
• Working knowledge of major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience scaling startups and improving delivery predictability metrics.
• Experience supporting compliance, security, or reliability initiatives.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
