As a Manager of Data Analytics at Cohere Health in Hyderabad, you will lead analytics and clinical configuration strategy for an auto-decisioning platform. Cohere Health provides clinical intelligence and agentic AI-powered solutions that connect health plans and providers to optimize care quality, speed, and cost. In this role, you will drive end-to-end solutions from data collection to scaled deployment. You will partner cross-functionally to convert business needs into analytical frameworks and independently recommend actions that shape product outcomes. A normal day involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the analytics and clinical configuration team, designing auto-decisioning strategies for client implementations, building healthcare data reporting solutions, and partnering with Data Governance for explainable analytics. You will also manage information security processes, build high-performing teams, and mentor staff on scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the analytics and clinical configuration team, setting goals and mentoring staff.
• Own the end-to-end auto-decisioning strategy for new client implementations with minimal oversight.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and build end-to-end solutions including data gathering and analysis.
• Establish performance tracking to identify improvement opportunities and design optimization tests.
• Partner with Data Governance to ensure tractable, explainable analytics and responsible data usage.
• Manage ISMS documentation, conduct risk assessments, and implement risk treatment plans.
• Conduct BCP and information security tests alongside the CISO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on management experience in healthcare analytics.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and governance.
• At least 2 years of management experience hiring and developing teams.
• Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience using data science libraries.
• Proven track record in building and scaling data analytics teams.
• Expertise in translating complex business problems into end-to-end data products.

Good to have

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data mining models.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, products, and business strategies.
• Experience designing patient and provider analysis strategy using claims, EMR, or lab data.
