The Sales Support Analyst role sits inside the Growth organization at the intersection of sales operations, business development, market intelligence, data analysis, and process improvement. In a normal day, the analyst conducts deep account and market research, manages and enriches CRM data, builds Salesforce reports, monitors sales pipelines, and leverages AI tools like CohereGPT and Claude to streamline workflows. Team members work collaboratively across departments including Sales, Marketing, and Solutions to provide actionable insights, support BDR performance, and boost overall sales productivity. This hands-on position requires a curious problem solver who enjoys utilizing technology, AI, and data to help the company achieve its strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on health plans, prospects, key executives, market developments, and competitors.
• Maintain, validate, enrich, and clean CRM data to ensure high quality.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Leverage AI tools such as CohereGPT and Claude to improve research and productivity.
• Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities and cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Analyze sales pipeline, funnel performance, and business development metrics.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience working with Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or SaaS, working with health plans.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.
• Strong research skills to quickly learn and synthesize information about companies and markets.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve research, analysis, or productivity.
• Fair understanding of Information Security practices and alignment with organization policies.

Good to have

• Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Experience with sales intelligence or prospecting platforms like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL or querying data from business systems.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other Go-to-Market technologies.
