Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and design to define operational plans and roadmaps for Toast Advertising.
• Align the engineering team to current priorities to ensure consistent, high-level execution.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help the team accomplish goals.
• Mentor both new and experienced engineers in technical skills and leadership.
• Track team delivery to ensure impactful outcomes in daily work.
• Drive knowledge sharing programs across the team and broader engineering organization.
• Hire and develop new team members.
