As the Manager of IT Operations at OneTrust in Bengaluru, you will lead the setup and scaling of the India-based IT delivery team. OneTrust builds the AI-Ready Governance Platform, providing technologies that enable responsible data use and unified regulatory intelligence globally. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Global IT Operations and act as a key people leader and technology operations manager. You will translate global IT strategies into reliable local execution, owning the India delivery operating model, team development, capacity planning, and service quality. A normal day involves overseeing endpoint operations, Jira and Jira Service Management administration, and business systems capabilities. You will collaborate closely with US and global functional leaders to align time zones, track operational metrics, handle escalations, mentor local talent, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the India IT delivery team by driving local hiring, career development, and a collaborative team culture.
• Translate global IT Operations standards and platform roadmaps into measurable local delivery plans and procedures.
• Manage delivery across Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, Jira administration, and designated business systems.
• Standardize and enforce IT service management processes including incident, request, change, and escalation handling.
• Use operational metrics to track backlog health, endpoint compliance, and service reliability, while escalating risks early.
• Build reusable runbooks, knowledge articles, and workflow automations to reduce manual tasks.
• Coach, mentor, and performance-manage local team members while partnering with stakeholders across global time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in IT, technology operations, endpoint engineering, or service delivery.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a global or distributed environment.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling an India-based delivery organization, including hiring and talent development.
• Hands-on leadership experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows, and macOS management.
• Strong Jira and Jira Service Management experience covering workflows, SLAs, and platform governance.
• Experience leading in a matrix environment across multiple geographies.
• Security-minded approach with knowledge of endpoint security, audit readiness, and compliance controls.

Good to have

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, ITIL, Atlassian, Agile, or program management credentials.
• Experience with PowerShell, endpoint automation, IT asset management, or AI-enabled self-service capabilities.
• Experience supporting teams and stakeholders across North America, India, Latin America, APAC, or ANZ.
• Experience operating in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth technology company.
• Experience contributing to global operating-model transformation or service modernization programs.
