As a Principal Product Manager for AI Runtime Governance at OneTrust in Bengaluru, you will lead the direction of AI governance capabilities focusing on observability, risk mitigation, and policy enforcement. OneTrust develops platforms for responsible data use, privacy, security, and governance to help enterprises innovate securely with AI. In your normal day, you will partner with engineering and design teams to run squad activities, translate complex cybersecurity and AI/MLOps concepts into clear product roadmaps, and define how customers gain visibility into AI systems and enforce policies. You will drive decision-making around signal collection, system behavior monitoring, and compliance workflows, ensuring the platform scales effectively to meet emerging regulatory and enterprise needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product direction for core AI Governance capabilities including observability, policy enforcement, and runtime controls.
• Partner with engineering and design to manage squad cadence and turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable product direction.
• Define product requirements and roadmap themes for AI observability, enforcement, and governance workflows.
• Translate cybersecurity, platform, and AI/MLOps concepts into customer-facing product capabilities focusing on SIEM and SOAR.
• Drive decisions on signal capture, data normalization, and powering governance actions.
• Support product launches, customer conversations, and strategic storytelling for the portfolio.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management with experience in enterprise software or platform products.
• Direct experience in log collection, inference generation, cybersecurity, AI/MLOps, platform observability, or risk/compliance technology.
• Track record of shipping technical platform capabilities in partnership with engineering teams.
• Experience working with telemetry, monitoring, policy, controls, or enforcement-oriented systems.
• Ability to understand complex technical architectures and convert them into strong product decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Good to have

• Experience with AI governance, model risk, or responsible AI programs.
• Experience building SIEM capabilities or products to drive meaningful signals.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI stacks, agent frameworks, or evaluation and monitoring pipelines.
• Background working in privacy, security, compliance, or trust-related software markets.
• Comfort engaging with strategic partners, enterprise customers, and senior leadership.
