Process Trainer - Manager - Lending (North & East)

As a Process Trainer - Manager for Lending in the North and East regions based in Noida, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful training programs for sales teams handling lending products and processes. A normal day in this full-time role involves creating training content like SOPs and presentations, conducting classroom, virtual, and field-based training, coaching sales teams, and collaborating with stakeholders. You will evaluate trainee performance, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and travel extensively across your assigned region to support sales capabilities and product knowledge enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on lending products, processes, and compliance
• Develop and maintain training content including presentations, manuals, SOPs, and e-learning modules
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions for effective skill development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and experts to align learning experiences with business objectives
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and feedback to identify learning gaps
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams to boost productivity and conversion rates
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to methodologies and delivery mechanisms

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Training Delivery
• Experience within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Lending domains
• Strong understanding of lending products, sales processes, and customer acquisition practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to create engaging training content and facilitate interactive learning sessions
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified area with good networking capabilities
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

Good to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems
• Certification in Training & Development or Learning Facilitation
