Glean, a recognized Work AI platform company, is looking for a Procurement Analyst to handle end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes. Glean builds advanced enterprise search, AI assistants, and scalable AI agents to help organizations work smarter. In this global role based in Bangalore, you will work closely with legal, security, finance, and business teams to ensure seamless procurement operations. A normal day in this position involves managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, overseeing vendor onboarding, supporting contract tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks and maintain audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete purchase requisition to purchase order process and assist with vendor onboarding.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with Glean's global procurement policies and spend approval matrix.
- Support competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial negotiations.
- Partner with legal and security teams to handle contract thresholds, mandatory clauses, and vendor risk assessments.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors regarding purchase orders, invoicing, and payment terms.
- Track contract renewals, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain organized purchase documentation.
- Support period-end close activities, audits, and generate dashboards using Glean AI models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay systems and procurement processes.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in procurement and operations in high-growth environments.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Experience administering P2P platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience creating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
