In this Product Management role based in Noida, you will join Paytm's UPI team to shape product strategy, user growth, and experience excellence for UPI-powered flows. UPI acts as the backbone of India's digital payments, processing massive transaction volumes daily. Your daily work involves sitting at the intersection of consumer behavior, financial infrastructure, and regulatory guidelines. You will own high-impact product surfaces, track funnel metrics, resolve friction points, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to ship seamless payment solutions used by millions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for UPI surfaces.
• Improve funnel metrics including conversion and success rates through A/B testing.
• Ensure compliance with NPCI guidelines and regulatory updates.
• Identify and fix user journey friction points using data and research.
• Define platform reliability metrics, SLAs, and incident response playbooks.
• Track funnel metrics by building and maintaining product dashboards.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive payment flows.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of product management experience focused on fintech or consumer-facing products.
• Strong grasp of user psychology, engagement funnels, and conversion mechanics.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses and fast iterations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Strong communication skills for writing PRDs and aligning stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset in shipping features end-to-end.

Good to have

• Previous experience in a UPI-regulated environment or with NPCI constructs.
• Experience handling 0-to-1 product development and scaling existing surfaces.
• Exposure to growth, CRM, or lifecycle product initiatives.
