Paytm, India's leading financial services company offering full-stack payments and financial solutions, is hiring for a Program Management (Business product) - DGM/GM- Lending EMI role in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this full-time employment position within the Lending EMI vertical, you will take ownership of end-to-end business product outcomes, including funnel health, business management, and growth levers. A normal day in this role involves driving business and funnel performance, partnering with Sales, Credit, Ops, and Tech teams, translating business goals into clear operating plans, monitoring physical touchpoints, running business reviews with leadership, diagnosing drop-offs, and coaching analysts on funnel and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and business P&L levers for assigned EMI products or segments.
• Design, monitor, and optimise the full sales and credit funnel from lead to activation.
• Set funnel targets, diagnose drop-offs, and implement corrective actions.
• Build and monitor physical touchpoints required for the product.
• Define and track business MIS and KPIs, and conduct regular reviews with leadership.
• Drive product and process improvements to enhance conversion, TAT, and experience.
• Partner with Scheme, Lender, and Program teams on product launches and GTM.
• Build business cases for new products, features, or channel plays.

Requirements

• Experience in program management, business product, or funnel management.
• Ability to manage P&L levers such as volume, conversion, quality, and revenue.
• Skill in diagnosing funnel drop-offs and driving corrective actions.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams like Sales, Credit, Ops, and Tech.
• Capability to define and track business MIS, KPIs, and build business cases.
• Experience running business reviews with leadership.
