Program Management (Lender Management) - Senior Manager- Lending EMI

As a Senior Manager for Program Management (Lender Management) within the Lending EMI vertical, you will manage Lending EMI programs end-to-end and handle lender management, including onboarding, performance, SLAs, and relationship health. A normal day in this role involves coordinating cross-functional delivery with teams like Credit, Ops, Tech, Legal, Compliance, and Sales, tracking metrics such as volume, approval rates, TAT, and portfolio quality, managing lender relationships, driving corrective actions, and preparing leadership MIS reports on program and lender health.

Responsibilities

• Manage current and new lending partners for the Lending EMI product.
• Work with lenders on target setting, follow-ups, reconciliations, and business growth.
• Own the program lifecycle for assigned Lending EMI programs including planning, launch, run, optimize, and wind-down.
• Handle lender relationships covering onboarding, commercials, SLAs, issue resolution, and performance reviews.
• Track lender-wise volume, approval rates, TAT, reject reasons, and portfolio quality to drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Credit, Ops, Tech, Legal/Compliance, and Sales for program readiness and operations.
• Maintain program documentation, SOPs, RACI, and change logs while running governance forums.
• Support new lender and program launches through UAT coordination, checklist ownership, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in running Lending EMI programs end-to-end.
• Background in lender management including onboarding, performance tracking, SLAs, and relationship health.
• Capability to coordinate cross-functional delivery ensuring volume, quality, and compliance outcomes.
• Ability to track lender-wise metrics like approval rates, TAT, and portfolio quality.
• Skill in maintaining program documentation, SOPs, RACI, and change logs.
• Competency in preparing leadership MIS on program and lender health.
