Paytm, India's leading financial services company, is hiring a Senior Manager for Program Management within the Lending EMI vertical in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this full-time role, you will take ownership of scheme design, launch, and full lifecycle management for Lending EMI products. Your responsibilities include developing offers, setting eligibility constructs, managing commercials, and tracking overall scheme performance. You will ensure that all schemes remain commercially sound, fully compliant, and operationally executable to drive desired business outcomes. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, and external lenders to design go-to-market strategies. You will also analyze scheme metrics, maintain audit-ready documentation, coordinate tech enablement, and conduct performance reviews with company leadership to support growth and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage EMI schemes covering tenure, ROI, subvention, and eligibility constructs.
• Manage the complete scheme lifecycle from ideation and approvals to launch and sunset.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, and lenders on go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze scheme performance metrics including volume, conversion, margin, and risk.
• Maintain accurate scheme inventory, version control, circulars, and audit documentation.
• Ensure alignment with credit policies, compliance regulations, and commercial guardrails.
• Coordinate with Tech and Ops teams for accurate system enablement and go-live processes.
• Conduct performance reviews with leadership and benchmark against competitors.

Requirements

• Experience in program management or scheme management within the lending or EMI domain.
• Ability to design and manage scheme lifecycle constructs, including ROI and eligibility.
• Skill in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Credit, and Finance teams.
• Capability to analyze performance data like volume, conversion, and partner ROI.
• Knowledge of credit policy, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Experience coordinating with Tech and Ops teams for operational enablement.
