Within Enterprise Technology, the team is expanding AI-powered solutions to help thousands of employees work smarter and automate manual processes. The Project Manager (Solution Delivery) role involves taking a growing pipeline of AI business demand and turning it into working solutions. On a normal day, this person will lead multiple concurrent delivery workstreams, collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders, manage project roadmaps, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive adoption. Although this position does not involve writing code, the candidate will work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions move smoothly from discovery to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of team and workflow-level solutions from initiation to deployment and handover.
• Lead multiple concurrent delivery workstreams with internal engineers and external delivery partners.
• Work with business stakeholders to facilitate discovery sessions and translate challenges into solution designs.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Maintain delivery roadmaps, backlogs, sprint plans, and milestones aligned to business value.
• Manage project governance including risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and user adoption activities.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering technology, automation, data, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects or workstreams within a portfolio model.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills to convert challenges into buildable solutions.
• Technical fluency to work with engineering teams, challenge estimates, and support decisions.
• Experience managing external vendors, delivery partners, or offshore teams.
• Strong programme and project governance capability including RAID management.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft 365.

Good to have

• Exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise workflow transformation programmes.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other Agile delivery platforms.
• Understanding of governance, security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
• Experience working within a global organisation supporting distributed teams across regions.
