WPP, a trusted growth partner for leading global brands, is seeking a Project Manager (Value & Delivery) for its Enterprise AI team in Chennai, India. WPP unites media intelligence, creativity, and transformative enterprise solutions, powered by its agentic marketing platform, WPP Open. In this role, you will sit at the centre of Enterprise AI adoption, owning the data, reporting, and analytics that help senior leaders measure the impact of AI. A normal day involves configuring Viva Insights dashboards, managing Power BI reporting estates, integrating data from multiple sources, reconciling metrics, and translating complex datasets into clear, actionable executive recommendations to accelerate AI transformation across the global business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Enterprise AI reporting and measurement framework to track adoption and impact.
• Configure and oversee Viva Insights reporting, dashboards, and benchmark frameworks.
• Track usage and adoption across multiple Microsoft 365 environments.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting suites and underlying data models.
• Integrate organisational and workforce data for cross-functional analysis.
• Validate adoption and impact metrics to ensure trusted and accurate reporting.
• Produce executive reporting packs translating data into clear business recommendations.
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Viva Insights, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft 365 adoption.
• Strong Power BI expertise in designing and maintaining reporting solutions.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.
• Demonstrated data modelling capability and skill in integrating multiple data sources.
• Advanced Excel skills with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from reporting numbers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for senior audiences.
• Delivery-focused mindset geared toward building solutions and driving outcomes.

Good to have

• Exposure to Workday data and workforce analytics.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation or digital adoption initiatives.
• Knowledge of business value measurement, benefits tracking, or ROI reporting.
• Previous experience within a global matrix organisation in technology, consulting, or media.
