CloudSEK, a trusted cyber security product company specializing in AI-driven digital threat detection and resolution, is looking for a Salesforce Developer in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this full-time role, you will own the end-to-end Salesforce configuration and development, as CloudSEK uses Salesforce as the system of record for the full customer lifecycle. Your team works in an energetic and passionate environment. A normal day in this role involves administering and extending the Salesforce org, designing Flow-based automation for sales and implementation handoffs, building integrations with external systems, managing the security model, and partnering with business stakeholders like RevOps and Sales to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and extend the existing Salesforce org including custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Design and build automation in Flow Builder for the Sales to Implementation process.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems like REST API and Bulk API 2.0.
• Own the Salesforce security model using profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Manage the sandbox-to-production deployment pipeline using Salesforce CLI and Metadata API.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ for quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
• Design and build custom user interfaces with Lightning Web Components.

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience on Sales Cloud for 3 to 5 years.
• Strong working knowledge of Apex, Flow Builder, CPQ, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce Metadata API and Salesforce CLI for deployments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST API and Bulk API 2.0.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and sharing rules.
• Experience building reports and dashboards for sales and customer success.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to scope requirements.
• Comfortable using version control such as Git and able to write Apex test classes.

Good to have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer I/II.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external SaaS platforms and cloud services.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery workflows.
