A normal day involves serving as a key day-to-day client contact, creating client-facing materials like reports and presentations, tracking social media and digital trends, using Generative AI tools for research and content planning, building stakeholder and media relationships, and assisting senior team members with pitches and new business development. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment to deliver impactful results and drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated communications and digital campaigns for clients.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact to ensure timely project delivery.
• Create client-facing documents, reports, presentations, and campaign summaries.
• Monitor digital platforms, social media trends, and industry developments.
• Engage with media, influencers, and stakeholders to improve brand visibility.
• Apply Generative AI tools for research, content ideation, and planning.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of background in digital communications, public relations, or client servicing.
• Solid grasp of online reputation management, digital content, and influencer engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for client-ready materials.
