As a Senior Administrator for Financial Systems & Automation at Zocdoc in Pune, you will play a crucial role in maintaining reliable, secure, and user-friendly systems that power the company's financial operations. Responsibilities
- Manage the Finance Applications Jira queue from intake and triage to final resolution and closure.
- Configure and support NetSuite workflows, approvals, roles, permissions, saved searches, and reports.
- Lead financial-systems projects from initial discovery and requirements gathering through rollout.
- Investigate and resolve transaction, reporting, access, workflow, and integration issues.
- Coordinate sandbox validation, regression testing, release readiness, and production deployments.
- Strengthen internal automation, financial controls, and system documentation practices.
- Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, Engineering, and external vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or finance operations technology.
- Strong hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience.
- Experience owning a service queue, ticketing process, or internal support function against SLAs.
- Familiarity with Jira or Jira Service Management for workflow and queue tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills across systems and business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
