As a Senior Deployment Engineer at Celonis in Bangalore, you will serve as the backbone of delivery for enterprise customers. Celonis is the trusted platform that industrializes Enterprise AI using its Context Model to create living digital twins of businesses. In this role, you will lead the hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions by combining platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows. Instead of traditional manual consulting, you will direct AI deployment agents like Apollo to build data models, generate analyses, and configure operational solutions, while applying your own judgment to validate outputs and ensure business relevance. A normal day involves conducting business discovery workshops, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, defining project scopes, directing AI tools to generate insights, validating results, and guiding customers toward long-term solution adoption and measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform including data transformations and operational solutions.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with customer context.
• Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations.
• Enable key customer users to use and extend the solution independently for long-term adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
• Demonstrated project leadership experience.
• Mandatory experience working in a Process mining platform.
• Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform including data modeling and KPI definition.
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools and writing clear specifications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics.

Good to have

• Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering.
• Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and Oracle.
• Familiarity with process areas like Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Accounts Payable.
