As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Solvd in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in enabling other team members to work quickly by upgrading infrastructure and release processes. A normal day in this position involves transforming manual, per-customer release workflows into fully automated CI/CD pipelines, constructing robust secrets-management systems, managing infrastructure-as-code across multiple environments, and building advanced monitoring and alerting layers for distributed platforms. You will replace manual spreadsheet-based steps with scalable, self-serve tooling, ensuring secure, reliable, and smooth operations for enterprise-grade technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Redesign manual release workflows into automated, parameterized CI/CD pipelines triggered directly by provisioning events.
• Build and operate secrets-management infrastructure including vaulting, scoping, and rotation schedules.
• Own infrastructure-as-code for all migration services across dev, staging, and production environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for distributed systems to catch failures before customer reports.
• Maintain build and release tooling for multi-platform client software to prevent configuration drift.
• Strengthen access controls, logging, and distribution for production configuration tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE role with pipeline ownership for production systems.
• Hands-on experience designing secrets management with rotation schedules and per-tenant scoping.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform or an equivalent tool for consistent environments.
• Experience building observability metrics, logging, and alerting for distributed systems.
• Comfort working with multi-platform build pipelines across at least two operating systems.
• Security-conscious approach to access control and distribution for production software.

Good to have

• Experience turning a manual release process into a fully automated one as a scoped project.
• Experience operating infrastructure for a self-serve, marketplace-distributed SaaS product.
• Familiarity with cloud data platform deployment models such as warehouse-adjacent compute.
