Solvd, a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm, is hiring a Senior Golang Developer in Pune, India. The company delivers enterprise transformation spanning cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence, offering end-to-end delivery following the acquisition of Tooploox. In this role, you will design and develop high-performance, secure, and reliable software components for enterprise-scale data collection and processing systems. Your work will involve building software that operates across Windows and macOS, processes high-frequency events, securely buffers and transmits data, and integrates with cloud-based data platforms. A normal day in this position involves architecting background services in Go, writing multi-threaded and concurrent processing components using goroutines and channels, implementing local persistence and encrypted buffering, optimizing applications for performance, and conducting code reviews and technical leadership discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance applications and background services in Go using clean architecture.
• Build multi-threaded and concurrent processing components using goroutines, channels, and worker pools.
• Develop reliable event collection, batching, compression, and transmission mechanisms for high-volume data.
• Implement local persistence, encrypted buffering, retry queues, and failure-recovery patterns.
• Develop secure cloud integrations and enterprise-grade authentication mechanisms like RSA, JWT, and TLS.
• Optimize applications for CPU, memory, disk I/O, and network utilization using Go profiling tools.
• Develop and support cross-platform software for Windows and macOS interacting with OS APIs and system services.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
• Advanced knowledge of Go concurrency including goroutines, channels, mutexes, and contexts.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience building long-running services, agents, system utilities, or distributed client applications.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, HTTPS, TLS, JSON, authentication, and secure API integration.
• Experience implementing RSA cryptography, JWT/OAuth, and certificate-based authentication.
• Experience with local persistence, caching, queueing, batching, and compression.
• Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, mocking, profiling, and debugging in Go.

Good to have

• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms and cloud SDK integration.
• Experience with Windows and/or macOS system programming or enterprise endpoint software.
• Familiarity with C/C++ or .NET interoperability and OS-level encryption or key stores.
• Experience with MSI/MSIX packaging and enterprise device-management platforms.
