Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning and execution for AI Governance technologies
- Create new concepts from initial design through market release
- Build, hire, and develop high-performing engineering teams
- Translate regulatory and AI compliance needs into clear technical requirements
- Provide technical oversight and hands-on leadership for team projects
- Coordinate effectively with Product, Security, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality or security
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of engineering experience with a track record of delivering enterprise-class software
- Recent experience in development, operations, troubleshooting, and managing teams
- Understanding of how to operate in a DevOps model
- Experience with the AI agent ecosystem and deployment platforms such as Agent Core, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry, and Google Vertex AI
- System design and architecture experience with large, complex distributed systems
- Deep knowledge of data structures, programming, and algorithms
