WEKA is a pre-IPO, growth-stage enterprise data stack company building NeuralMesh, a cloud and AI-native software solution that transforms legacy data silos into high-performance data pipelines for AI and compute-intensive workloads. As the Senior Manager, Professional Services in Bengaluru, India, you will lead and develop a regional delivery pod consisting of Solutions Architects and Technical Engagement Managers. This techno-managerial role requires you to oversee delivery quality, capacity, resourcing, and career growth for your team. You will operate at the intersection of delivery, sales, and product. A normal day involves reviewing delivery architectures, managing team utilization, collaborating with sales on scoping, mentoring technical staff, resolving regional escalations, and ensuring customer engagements adhere to standard operating models and reference designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional pod of Solutions Architects and Technical Engagement Managers.
• Own hiring, performance expectations, career development, and technical growth for the team.
• Oversee delivery quality and capacity to ensure engagements finish on time and within scope.
• Manage regional resourcing, utilization tracking, and capacity forecasting against the sales pipeline.
• Partner with Sales, R&D, and Product teams on scoping, engagement qualification, and field feedback.
• Define, monitor, and improve regional delivery KPIs like acceptance rates and time to acceptance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in professional services, technical delivery, or enterprise infrastructure.
• At least 5-6 years in a people management role leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Strong technical foundation across storage, networking, Linux, and public cloud.
• Experience owning delivery quality, utilization, and resourcing decisions under constraints.
• Proven ability to define and improve delivery KPIs and translate operational data for leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
