As a Senior Product Manager at Nightfall in Bengaluru, you will lead the development and evolution of the data security product across browsers, SaaS, AI applications, and endpoints. A normal day in this role involves shaping product strategy, collaborating with engineering on sprint planning and backlog prioritization, shipping rapid MVPs, defining success metrics, and engaging directly with customers, sales engineering, and security leaders to ensure successful product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Ship AI security features quickly by building MVPs, collecting feedback, and iterating based on usage.
• Define and track key success metrics such as agent deployment rates, detection accuracy, and remediation rates.
• Collaborate directly with engineering on sprint planning and backlog prioritization for predictable releases.
• Drive competitive differentiation by analyzing market gaps in endpoint, AI application, and agentic workflow coverage.
• Create clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and deployment guides for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales Engineering and Customer Success during proof of value and customer deployments.
• Present product capabilities and technical differentiators to CISOs and SecOps teams.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of product management experience at a SaaS startup with a highly technical product.
• Experience participating in customer calls, demos, and technical deployment discussions.
• Background working closely with sales engineering and customer success teams to support deals and renewals.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical security requirements into clear product specifications.
• Execution-oriented mindset with a bias for rapid shipping, iteration, and thriving amid ambiguity.
• Strong prioritization skills and an entrepreneurial, resilient approach to making customers successful.

Good to have

• Prior experience as a founder, security engineer, or endpoint product manager.
• Understanding of MDM platforms, endpoint DLP, browser extension architecture, and macOS or Windows security frameworks.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks, AI applications, and agentic workflows driving DLP requirements.
• Experience with machine learning and AI-based detection and classification systems.
• Background in SaaS security products, cloud-to-endpoint integration, or a Computer Science degree.
