You will actively resolve complex quality issues, evaluate new technologies, track QA KPIs, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous organization-wide improvements in automated testing and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks, tools, and scripts while writing production-grade code.
• Provide architectural input for automation solutions, ensure scalability, and set coding standards for QA automation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and QA peers across multiple pods to drive org-wide quality improvements.
• Identify process gaps and implement innovative solutions to improve testing practices and integrate new technologies.
• Own complex quality issues across pods and facilitate discussions to implement long-term resolutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and QA peers in automation best practices through knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Track and analyze QA-related KPIs using data to report progress on automation and quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Quality Engineering or Software Development with a strong emphasis on test automation and tooling.
• Strong software engineering background with proven coding expertise in Python.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and maintain automation frameworks at scale.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps environments.
• Track record of contributing both strategically and technically with hands-on coding.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing QA practices across teams.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks for building LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with Model Context Protocols or related agent orchestration approaches.
• Strong Python skills with modern ML/AI libraries like Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or Llama Index.
• Experience applying AI in QA and automation contexts such as intelligent test generation or anomaly detection.
