As a Senior Solutions Architect with a security focus at Elastic in Mumbai, you will act as a key technical authority and trusted advisor. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, partners, customers, and the regional community to address business challenges using the Elastic Stack. Your typical day involves acting as the technical point of contact for assigned accounts, developing strong client relationships, participating in territory planning from discovery to technical execution, demonstrating product value in meetings and events, and enabling partners. You will also communicate customer feedback to internal engineering teams while continuously growing your own technical and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts and sales teams.
• Understand customer goals and demonstrate how Elastic offerings solve their needs.
• Build and maintain value-based relationships across all organizational levels.
• Participate in territory planning and execution from discovery to the technical win.
• Advise sales staff on positioning products, solutions, and services effectively.
• Onboard, educate, and support partners throughout sales cycles.
• Relay customer and community feedback regarding needs and gaps to engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of successful experience in a technical presales role with a security background.
• Proven ability to articulate and sell modern platforms, software, and technologies.
• Demonstrated history of building customer relations and devising goal-oriented architectures.
• Strong ability to influence teams and introduce new ideas, technologies, or architectural patterns.
• Capacity to inspire groups of varying sizes through effective communication.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
