The Marketing Coordinator position at Elastic involves assisting regional marketers with planning, executing, and rolling out various marketing programs in The Americas. Working closely with regional marketing managers and the wider marketing team, you will help deliver measurable campaigns such as virtual and live events, partner activities, and third-party conferences. A normal day in India involves managing campaign logistics, handling administrative duties like maintaining marketing calendars and regional budgets, coordinating shipments, supporting partner initiatives, and collaborating with team members across different time zones. Elastic provides cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability, helping organizations leverage AI and data at scale.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional marketers in planning, execution, and rollout of marketing programs for The Americas.
• Drive demand creation and lead generation activities to build brand awareness.
• Source suitable venues and coordinate program logistics including speakers, agendas, and staff.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, regional budgets, and research third-party conferences.
• Offer administrative support with travel, planning, expense reporting, and team meetings.
• Place and manage shipments via the warehouse prior to regional program execution.
• Support local partner initiatives such as seminars, lunch and learns, and programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or event management.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and marketing-related software such as Splash, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible across time zones in The Americas.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good to have

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or Mass Communication.
• Creative mindset with the ability to scale new programs.
