In this role, you will work within the dynamic Research and Development team under the oversight of a Principal UX Designer. A normal day involves designing deliverables across the entire product lifecycle, promoting UX best practices, analyzing user metrics, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an office-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables for the entire design process including information architecture and interface design
- Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes and interface designs
- Identify, define, and promote UX best practices and templates
- Collect and analyze data from web metrics and customer support to inform design decisions
- Monitor and apply relevant industry UX trends
- Serve as an internal UX advocate across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or related technical field
- 5 to 8 years of experience with the full product design process from research to rollout
- Portfolio of UX projects illustrating applied design experience
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area like research, visual design, or interaction design
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with R&D and product managers
- Enterprise product design experience and web-based application design
