Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional for Tech Hiring in Noida. Paytm builds technologies that help small businesses with payments and commerce, with a mission to bring half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy using technology. In this full-time role, you will be an essential part of the recruitment team, focusing on technology roles and volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment. A normal day in this position involves managing multiple open tech positions simultaneously, sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, screening profiles, and conducting initial HR discussions. You will also partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, coordinate bulk hiring drives or walk-ins, maintain recruitment trackers, handle offer discussions, and ensure timely interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups to meet hiring targets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technology roles at various levels.
• Manage multiple open positions and volume hiring mandates simultaneously.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and databases.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to evaluate candidate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive closures.
• Coordinate bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and weekend recruitment events.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring dashboards.
• Handle offer discussions, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong exposure and hands-on experience in Tech Hiring.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Good understanding of technology roles and basic technical requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining hiring data.
