As a Talent Sourcer for GTM (Contract) at Glean, you will join the GTM Recruiting team on a six-month contract to support US-focused go-to-market hiring from Bangalore. A normal day in this remote role involves partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building diverse talent pipelines for US sales and business development roles, conducting initial resume reviews and screens, and tracking progress in the applicant tracking system during US Eastern Time night-shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies for US GTM positions.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for US sales, business development, customer success, and partnership roles.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, resume reviews, and qualification screens while ensuring a good candidate experience.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback accurately in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and support US hiring priorities during EST night-shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST.
• Stay updated on US talent markets, competitor organizations, and B2B SaaS and AI industry trends.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably supporting US GTM or commercial hiring.
• Experience recruiting or sourcing within the B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, or AI industry.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage US-based candidates effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and during night-shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST.
• Data-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work toward sourcing and pipeline goals.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Good to have

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
