Technical Support Engineer – Night Shift (Rotational)

AiDASH, Inc., a recognized leader providing satellite-first inspection and monitoring solutions for electric utilities and grid resilience, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for a night shift role in Gurugram, Haryana. In this position, you will join the team to maintain the health of production systems during graveyard hours. A normal day in this role involves acting as the first line of response for production alerts, triaging incidents, investigating issues using database queries and logs, tracking tickets against service level agreements, and communicating directly with customers and internal stakeholders outside of regular business hours. You will ensure that AiDASH platforms continue delivering reliable intelligence to clients around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and respond to alerts across production systems during the night shift.
• Own incident management by identifying, triaging, and driving incidents to resolution.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Investigate problems using database queries and logs to discover root causes.
• Track support tickets against SLA commitments and flag potential breaches.
• Draft accurate customer and internal stakeholder responses, and participate in customer calls.

Requirements

• Comfortable using SQL to query and reason about data.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot API and backend logs, errors, HTTP status codes, and payloads.
• Working knowledge of Jira for ticket triage and writing technical updates.
• Strong written communication skills for customer responses and engineering coordination.
• Strong verbal communication skills to speak directly with customers on calls.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a rotational basis in a hybrid setup from Gurgaon.
