Paytm, a leading Indian mobile payments and financial services distribution company pioneering mobile QR payments, is seeking a Web Graphic Designer for a full-time role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company focuses on building technologies that support small businesses with commerce and payments, aiming to bring half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team working on impactful visual projects. A normal day involves designing brand identities and visual systems, creating presentations, websites, social media creatives, and product campaigns. You will also collaborate with creative directors, writers, strategists, and developers while experimenting with AI-assisted design workflows to improve team efficiency and delivering exceptional visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design brand identities, visual systems, logos, guidelines, brand assets, and internal office branding.
• Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists, and Developers.
• Present design rationale with confidence based on meaningful communication.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every project deliverable.
• Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to enhance team processes.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.
• A portfolio showing strong graphic design fundamentals.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working in small, collaborative teams with a sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, or Framer AI.
• Curiosity, humility, and a constant drive for learning.

Good to have

• Experience designing responsive websites and branding.
• Motion design or animation skills.
