ADM Support Analyst

As an ADM Support Analyst based in Pune, you will be part of the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) support team handling post-implementation inquiries from sophisticated global investors. A normal day in this role involves responding to client questions, resolving issues with alternative investment data, investigating data and calculation discrepancies, evaluating issue criticality, and collaborating with internal teams like Engineering, Data, Collections, and Operations. You will provide functional and conceptual guidance, manage multiple support cases simultaneously during the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST working schedule on US business days, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and inquiries regarding the ADM solution.
• Investigate complex alternative investment data sets to find and fix data and calculation errors.
• Evaluate issue severity and work with internal Collections and Operations teams to drive fixes.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to perform root-cause analysis on technical problems.
• Guide clients on platform functionality and concepts to maximize their usage of ADM.
• Manage multiple support cases at the same time with effective prioritization and context-switching.
• Contribute to team documentation and process improvements as the platform scales.
• Build deep expertise in the ADM solution and alternative investments landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably in financial services or investment management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in math and comfort handling complex data sets.
• Demonstrated passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Genuine interest and passion for technology and finance.
• Legal authorization to work in India on the first day of employment.

Good to have

• Previous experience in investment management, specifically with alternative investments.
• Familiarity with alternative investment data and its operational nuances.
• Prior experience using or supporting the Addepar platform.
