Addepar is looking for a Manager to head its Finance Systems team based in Pune, India. Addepar operates as a global data and AI platform that helps investment professionals turn complex financial data into useful insights, serving over 1,500 firms globally with nearly $10 trillion in managed assets. In this position, you will take charge of the finance systems roadmap, work alongside leadership on technology strategy, and collaborate across departments to create a unified G&A experience. Your daily responsibilities will include leading a global team, overseeing core enterprise applications like NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, and Boomi, ensuring data governance and architecture security, and partnering with teams such as Accounting, FP&A, and IT to turn workflows into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor a global team of individual contributors based in the US and Pune.
- Manage the finance systems roadmap and align technology priorities with business strategy.
- Drive platform integrations, data consistency, and tech stack unification with enterprise systems teams.
- Oversee core financial architecture, data pipelines, and governance frameworks for reporting.
- Maintain and administer platforms including NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, and Boomi middleware.
- Architect NetSuite release management using Git/GitHub and SuiteCloud Development Framework.
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and Legal to create scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance Systems.
- 2+ years of direct experience managing technical individual contributors globally.
- Administrative and functional mastery of NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience with P2P platforms like Coupa and travel solutions like Navan.
- Experience with financial planning solutions and enterprise middleware like Boomi.
- Track record of managing multi-year systems roadmaps and enterprise implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
