Addepar is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Trading to join its Pune office for a full-time role. Addepar operates a global data and AI platform that helps investment professionals turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence, unifying portfolio, market, and client data for more than 1,500 firms globally. In this position, you will work closely with other trading product managers and leads to shape the vision for Trading, OMS, and IBOR products as the company builds this suite anew. A normal day involves collaborating with design and cross-functional teams to improve advisor and trader workflows, executing product vision, driving the product roadmap, building consensus on priorities, and engaging with users, partners, and market trends to deliver scalable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand Trading, Rebalancing, and OMS systems used in the US and European wealth management industry.
• Document and communicate product goals while driving an innovative product roadmap for clients.
• Build consensus with the team to prioritize and define increments of work based on effort and dependencies.
• Adjust strategy as needed in response to changing company, business, market, and technical needs.
• Identify appropriate users, partners, competitors, and market trends to elicit input and draw inspiration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in product management, software development, user workflows, and leading teams.
• Fundamental knowledge in finance, trading, and investments, especially for wealth management firms.
• Communicate finance domain knowledge effectively in person and in writing for internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Partner with engineering to define functional and technical implementation for business problems.
• Practical knowledge of agile thinking, lean practices, and project management to guide team iterations.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based on the first day of employment.
