Addepar is a global data and AI platform that helps investment professionals turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence, uniting portfolio, market, and client data. The ADM Support Analyst role is part of the ADM Support team at Addepar, which handles all post-implementation client inquiries for the Alternatives Data Management solution. In this position, you will support sophisticated investors by answering questions and resolving issues regarding alternative investment data on the platform. A normal day involves identifying, responding to, and resolving client inquiries, working within complex alternative investment data sets, evaluating issue criticality, collaborating with internal teams like Collections and Operations, and conducting root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams. You will also help clients maximize the platform's value through functional and conceptual instruction, context-switch between simultaneous cases, and contribute to improving team processes while developing deep expertise in alternative investments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by ADM clients accurately and timely.
• Work in complex alternative investment data sets to find and fix data and calculation discrepancies.
• Evaluate the criticality of client issues and work with internal teams like Collections and Operations for resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis alongside Engineering and Data teams to fix problems.
• Instruct clients functionally and conceptually to help them leverage the ADM platform fully.
• Prioritize and context-switch across multiple simultaneous cases until completion.
• Contribute to team process improvements and documentation as the ADM offering scales.
• Develop deep expertise in the ADM solution and the broader alternative investments landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably in financial services or investment management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in maths and comfort working within complex data sets.
• Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Passion for technology and finance.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based on day one.

Good to have

• Previous experience in investment management, specifically alternative investments.
• Familiarity with alternative investment data and its operational nuances.
• Experience using or supporting the Addepar platform.
