The AI Knowledge Analyst I role at GHX is part of the Customer Care and Managed Services team in Hyderabad. GHX is a healthcare business and data automation company that builds cloud-based supply chain technology to help healthcare organizations improve patient care and reduce business costs. In this role, you will help maintain and govern the knowledge ecosystems that support GHX operations and AI platforms. A normal day involves handling knowledge-related requests, auditing and structuring content to ensure accuracy, working with subject matter experts and data teams to close content gaps, and preparing information assets so they are ready for both human use and AI ingestion. You will also analyze content performance, review workflows, and present clear recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, triage, and routing of knowledge-related requests from operational teams.
• Maintain content lifecycles through regular SME review checkpoints and archive obsolete material.
• Structure and groom knowledge content to ensure compatibility with GHX AI platforms and taxonomy standards.
• Conduct knowledge audits and use performance data to implement continuous improvement cycles.
• Analyze knowledge workflows to identify gaps or structural issues impacting AI accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to understand ingestion requirements.
• Partner with operational leaders and SMEs to promote the adoption of AI-enabled knowledge systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in knowledge management, operations enablement, content governance, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems such as Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge, or ServiceNow.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and translate findings into action.
• Detail-oriented approach with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Forms.
• Self-directed learning ability to independently identify and close knowledge gaps.

Good to have

• CRM familiarity, with Salesforce preferred.
• Understanding of how content structure and taxonomy affect AI/ML model performance.
• Change management or KM certification such as Prosci, KCS, or ACMP.
