Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its Hyderabad location to join the team focused on PeopleSoft SCM. GHX operates as a healthcare business and data automation company, providing cloud-based supply chain technology exchange platforms, analytics, and services to help healthcare providers, manufacturers, and distributors improve patient care and achieve significant savings. In this role, you will be responsible for working with PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management systems. A normal day in this position involves developing and customizing applications, integrating systems, providing production support, troubleshooting issues, and translating customer business requirements into effective technical solutions while working within Linux or Unix environments and utilizing Oracle or SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft SCM applications.
• Work with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and SQR.
• Handle production support, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Build solutions using Component Interface and Integration Broker.
• Write complex SQL queries for Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Manage code migration, patches, and version control.
• Communicate with end users to translate business needs into technical designs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft SCM development and support.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and SQR.
• Experience with Component Interface, Integration Broker, and web services.
• Background in production support, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server with complex SQL capabilities.
• Experience operating in Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft PUM and security
• Willingness to learn PUM if lacking prior experience
