As a Managed Services Analyst I at GHX in Hyderabad, you will join the Managed Services Customer Experience team, which supports hospital customers by enabling smooth purchase order processing. Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is a healthcare business and data automation company providing cloud-based supply chain technology, analytics, and services to help organizations improve patient care and reduce operational costs. In a normal day, your responsibilities will involve navigating a custom software queue to select orders requiring manual completion, making phone calls to US-based healthcare suppliers to gather necessary processing details, correlating order responses, documenting case notes, and escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate parties. You will also manage data reconciliation, track hourly throughput, and collaborate with peers to maintain efficient workflows while adhering to established standards and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned software queues to identify and process orders needing manual assistance.
• Contact US-based healthcare suppliers via phone to obtain required order processing information.
• Correlate order responses using confirmed attributes and reconcile data into the transactional workflow.
• Document comprehensive case notes and escalate issues to relevant teams when an impasse occurs.
• Adhere to handling timelines, maintain hourly throughput, and update tracking dashboards.
• Flag outliers, report failures or downtimes, and contribute to knowledge base and SOP improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate with required certificates.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Excellent English verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Strong customer support skills and a passion for service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with basic Excel knowledge.
• Ability to navigate and manage multiple tabs simultaneously.
• Flexibility for US shifts.
• Strong accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.
