As a Document Intelligence Analyst II at GHX in Hyderabad, you will join a precision operations team dedicated to improving healthcare supply chain automation. GHX connects North American hospitals and suppliers via its Automated Document Management platform, processing millions of purchase orders annually. While the platform automates most tasks, documents with low confidence are sent to a human review queue. Your main duty is to verify these flagged files, correct extraction errors at the field level, and ensure every correction helps retrain and improve future model accuracy. A normal workday involves checking documents like invoices and purchase orders against source images, maintaining a steady throughput, reviewing your own output, documenting standard procedures, and collaborating with supervisors during calibration sessions to keep error rates low.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate platform-flagged documents such as purchase orders and invoices.
• Compare extracted text against source images and fix discrepancies at the field level.
• Sustain a throughput of roughly 30 documents hourly while maintaining 99% accuracy.
• Perform self-audits on daily output before final shift-end submissions.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and process maps for workflows.
• Collate production data and generate routine reports on accuracy and throughput trends.
• Participate in calibration sessions and report recurring error patterns to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in document processing, data verification, quality review, or back-office operations.
• Background in BPO, KPO, or shared services environments.
• Strong English communication skills including reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy and comfort in browser-based workflows.
• Working knowledge of business procurement documents like invoices and purchase orders.
• Demonstrated attention to detail for spotting numerical and textual errors.

Good to have

• Prior exposure to supply chain records or order acknowledgements.
• Experience in AI-assisted document review or data annotation.
• Familiarity with US healthcare supply chain or hospital procurement terms.
• Experience meeting productivity quotas in an SLA-driven operations environment.
• Basic understanding of field-level accuracy impacts on downstream automated systems.
