You will also work on Valtech's AI accelerators, ensure high code quality, drive robust architecture, and facilitate knowledge sharing and peer reviews. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions for clients.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and AI use cases.
• Translate abstract business problems into concrete, innovative AI solutions.
• Drive code quality, robust architecture, and documentation within technical teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and upskilling within the AI team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on Valtech's AI Accelerators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and 10+ years of overall work experience.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services like Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development.
• Understanding of AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, and MCPs.
• Prior involvement in MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation of AI workflows.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
