Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare to eliminate administrative burdens and transform how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Their platform supports hundreds of thousands of clinicians and millions of patient interactions. As an AI Voice Agent at Commure based in Bengaluru, you will play a direct role in conducting outbound research calls to prospective businesses. On a normal day, your tasks involve making outbound calls using an approved contact list and script, navigating through automated menus or reception desks professionally, measuring exact hold durations, capturing screenshots of the call screens, and accurately logging all required details into a spreadsheet. You will also verify data completeness, protect confidential information, and escalate any anomalies or data-quality issues to your supervisor while adhering to the company's rigorous information security policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound research calls to prospective businesses using approved calling processes.
• Follow provided scripts to professionally navigate automated menus and reception desks.
• Measure hold times and capture screenshots of call screens showing call duration.
• Record prospect details, hold durations, and call outcomes accurately in spreadsheets.
• Upload or link screenshots to their corresponding spreadsheet entries.
• Protect confidential information and follow data-handling and privacy requirements.
• Escalate invalid numbers, unusual outcomes, or data-quality issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to capture, organize, and upload screenshots.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable calling device.
• Ability to follow scripts and documented procedures consistently.
