- Manage and optimize SharePoint Online portals, site structures, and workflows.
- Build metadata schemas, taxonomy frameworks, and tagging standards for better search performance.
- Define content lifecycle frameworks, audit repositories, and eliminate redundant content.
- Build dashboards to track repository usage, search success, and content contribution.
- Apply AI tools for auto-tagging, summarization, and intelligent Q&A systems.
- Partner with subject matter experts to capture tacit knowledge and convert it into reusable assets.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management or content systems.
