GHX India is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Credentialing Analyst I to join the team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is a healthcare business and data automation company that empowers healthcare organizations to improve patient care and achieve significant industry savings through cloud-based supply chain technology, analytics, and services. In this full-time role, you will report to the Manager or Supervisor of Product Operations. A normal workday involves analyzing and processing healthcare documents submitted by vendor representatives for registration, handling multiple document queues, meeting required turnaround times and quality scores, and effectively balancing various tasks and roles while maintaining high organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Manager or Supervisor of Product Operations
- Maintain the appropriate quality score while processing documents
- Process the designated number of documents per hour
- Turn around documents within the specified timeframe
- Manage and process multiple document queues efficiently
- Balance multiple tasks and roles effectively
- Handle other assigned responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data/Document Management, Healthcare domain, or a medical background
- A bachelor’s degree
- Strong written skills
- High efficiency, organization, and effective time management
- Strong attention to detail
Good to have
- Healthcare, Laboratory, or Pathology experience
- Experience in Data entry or Document verification
- Experience in back-office support
