As a Data Solutions Consultant based in Bengaluru, you will be part of the early team establishing Addepar's presence in India while collaborating with global colleagues. The role focuses on leading complex client data implementation projects, designing scalable solutions to transform and integrate portfolio data, and consulting clients on sophisticated investment data challenges. A normal day involves architecting data conversion projects, managing multiple client engagements, developing internal automation and tooling, and partnering with cross-functional teams like Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver tailored outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client data implementation and conversion projects.
• Design scalable data solutions for portfolio data integration.
• Manage multiple concurrent high-impact client engagements.
• Build internal tools and scripts to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on investment-related data.
• Mentor peers and contribute to best practices across the team.
• Drive automation and operational excellence in delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Python for manipulating large datasets or ETL pipelines.
• Deep domain knowledge in investment management and asset classes.
• Experience working with investment data sources like pricing and transaction data.
• Exceptional communication skills for client-facing consultations.
• Legal authorization to work in India on the first day of employment.
