As a Document Intelligence Analyst I at GHX in Hyderabad, you will join a precision operations team that plays a crucial role in healthcare supply chain management. GHX connects hospitals and suppliers across North America through its Automated Document Management platform, processing millions of purchase orders and invoices yearly. While the system automates most tasks, documents with lower confidence are routed to human reviewers. In this role, your normal day involves reviewing flagged documents, verifying and correcting field-level extraction errors, maintaining a target throughput of around thirty documents per hour with high accuracy, and self-auditing your output. Every correction you make helps retrain the platform's models to improve future accuracy. Additionally, you will participate in calibration sessions, escalate ambiguous cases, and work in rotational shifts aligned with US timings.
Responsibilities
- Verify documents like purchase orders and invoices flagged by the platform.
- Compare extracted field values against source images and correct extraction discrepancies.
- Verify and correct core fields such as vendor names, line items, and quantities.
- Maintain a throughput of approximately thirty documents per hour with 99% accuracy.
- Self-audit daily output before shift-end submission.
- Flag ambiguous or edge-case documents per team escalation protocols.
- Participate in team calibration sessions to maintain field interpretation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in document review, data verification, or back-office operations
- Excellent English communication skills including reading, writing, and comprehension
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed with high accuracy
- Working knowledge of procurement documents like purchase orders and invoices
- Demonstrated attention to detail for spotting numerical and textual discrepancies
- Quick learner on new enterprise applications
