Zinnov, a global management consulting firm partnering with leading enterprises and high-tech companies, is seeking a Technical Recruiter for its Globalisation Excellence practice in Koramangala, Bangalore. In this full-time role, you will act as a sourcing-first recruiter focused on identifying and hiring mid-level engineering talent across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI domains. A normal day involves driving proactive talent sourcing, building passive pipelines using modern AI-enabled recruiting tools, assessing technical candidates, and partnering closely with engineering managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs. You will blend hands-on recruiting execution with consultative advisory, providing market intelligence, managing recruitment funnels, and ensuring a standout candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sourcing for mid-level technology roles including Software, Cloud, Data, and DevOps engineers.
• Build passive talent pipelines through market mapping, referrals, social sourcing, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Source and hire emerging talent in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, and MLOps.
• Assess early-career and technical talent through structured interviews and assessment centres.
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Technical Leads to understand hiring priorities and skill requirements.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and competitive hiring trends in technology domains.
• Maintain clean pipelines with clear reporting, funnel visibility, and disciplined data hygiene.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, GCCs, or technology organizations.
• Proven track record of hiring Software, Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and QA Automation engineers.
• Exceptional sourcing expertise across Software Engineering, Product Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Digital technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Good to have

• Master's degree or MBA in HR or related fields.
• Hands-on experience hiring specialized AI/ML and Generative AI talent.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting platforms and GenAI tools for sourcing and automation.
