Zenoti is hiring a Lead Engineer - Full Stack (AI) to join its team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Zenoti develops a comprehensive, cloud-based software platform tailored for the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries, empowering tens of thousands of salons, spas, and studios globally to handle online bookings, customer relationships, billing, and inventory management. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end product module development and lead the creation of scalable SaaS applications. A typical day involves designing and building distributed cloud services, writing code using modern tools, collaborating with product managers and designers in an agile environment, reviewing code, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools across the complete software lifecycle while applying strong engineering judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development and technical success for product modules.
• Design and build scalable SaaS applications using .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Flutter/React.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features in an agile setting.
• Handle the entire software lifecycle from design to deployment, monitoring, and code reviews.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Cursor for design, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Build reusable assets such as prompts and automation workflows to boost team productivity.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for security, data integrity, and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale SaaS development with .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL Server/NoSQL, and Flutter or React.
• 5+ years of experience in building highly available and scalable distributed cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical, system design, and problem-solving skills to manage complex technical issues.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code in production.
• Solid engineering judgment to assess AI-generated code for security, performance, and scalability.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for a fast-paced setting.

Good to have

• Experience with developer productivity tooling, prompt libraries, or AI-enabled automation
• Exposure to Flutter for mobile app development
