Syndigo helps prominent brands and retailers make their product data complete, trusted, and easily movable across a massive two-sided commerce network. As a Lead Implementation Consultant, you will drive high-quality execution for global enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations, ensuring predictable outcomes through delivery governance and technical rigour. On a normal day, you will lead hands-on technical execution, resolve complex integration issues, enforce quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners, and oversee AI-assisted delivery workflows. You will also mentor junior consultants and contribute reusable assets to Syndigo's Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on technical execution across PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations including configuration and integrations.
- Drive data migration activities such as mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover rehearsal.
- Build and support integrations with ERP systems, commerce platforms, and downstream applications.
- Enforce delivery standards through technical reviews, configuration walkthroughs, and quality checkpoints.
- Mentor implementation consultants and raise the overall technical capability of the team.
- Set and manage AI-assisted delivery patterns, ensuring strict adherence to data handling and quality control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or data platform implementations.
- Experience working in multi-team, multi-system, and partner-led delivery environments.
- Strong hands-on execution capability across enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Postman.
- Understanding of integration and middleware patterns like file-based, event-driven, and API-led approaches.
