Syndigo is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join its team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Syndigo provides software that makes product data complete and trusted, moving it across a large commerce network connecting brands and retailers. In this hybrid role, you will take charge of the end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations. A normal day involves turning approved solution designs into complex configurations, leading customer working sessions, building and troubleshooting integrations, and managing data migration activities. You will also collaborate with global teams, validate data flows during testing, identify technical risks, and provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced consultants on the team.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of assigned workstreams across PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations.
- Handle complex system configurations, attribute setups, workflows, and business rules.
- Manage data migration tasks including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations across various enterprise systems using REST APIs and SQL.
- Lead customer working sessions to discuss requirements, design details, and delivery progress.
- Drive the testing strategy, validate data flows, and resolve defects through root cause analysis.
- Mentor less experienced implementation consultants and review their work.
- Identify technical risks and blockers and drive them toward resolution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation consulting, or software delivery.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS configuration, integrations, and data migration.
- Experience with PXM, PIM, MDM, eCommerce, syndication, or data-centric enterprise platforms.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Postman or equivalent API testing tools.
- Intermediate SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience with testing and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Previous hands-on experience with PIM, MDM, PXM, syndication, or eCommerce platforms.
- Experience integrating with ERP or commerce platforms.
- Practical experience using AI assistants within technical delivery projects.
- Experience working for a PIM/MDM vendor, SaaS organization, or systems integrator.
